SaaS and digital software
Lieu & Legacy is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) digital product. Subscriptions provide access to an online organizational workspace. Due to the nature of digital services, subscriptions and exports are generally non-refundable after access has been granted and the service has been used.
Subscription refunds
We do not offer refunds for subscription payments that have already been processed, except in the following cases:
- — Billing errors — If you were charged incorrectly due to a billing error, please contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will review your case promptly.
- — Duplicate charges — If you were charged multiple times for the same billing period, we will refund the duplicate charge(s) immediately.
- — Service not accessible — If you are unable to access the service due to a technical issue on our end that we cannot resolve, we will review your case for a partial or full refund.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at support@lieulegacy.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to the service until that date.
After cancellation, your account data will be retained for 30 days, during which you can export your data. After 30 days, your data will be permanently deleted.
How to request a refund
To request a refund or report a billing issue, contact us at support@lieulegacy.com with:
- — Your account email address
- — The date and amount of the charge in question
- — A description of the issue
We aim to respond to all refund inquiries within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.
