You are responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and appropriateness of the information you store in the service.
Not Legal, Financial, Tax, or Medical Advice
Lieu & Legacy is an independent organizational tool only. It does not provide legal, estate, tax, financial, investment, medical, probate, therapy, genealogy, or professional advice. Nothing on this website or within the service constitutes professional advice of any kind. Always consult qualified professionals for legal, financial, estate, tax, or medical decisions.

They are not legally binding documents and do not fulfill any legal requirement, including but not limited to wills, trusts, powers of attorney, advance healthcare directives, or other legal instruments. Lieu & Legacy does not create, draft, or provide legal documents.
No Guarantees
Lieu & Legacy does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information stored in the service. We do not guarantee family agreement, legal validity, preservation outcome, emergency readiness, probate outcome, tax savings, or any specific result from using the service. The service is provided to help you organize information — the effectiveness of that organization depends on many factors outside our control.
